Novaflon ® is a registered trademark of Novatel Mexicana.
Novaflon ® is a fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE, (Polytetrafluoroethylene), with and without adhesive.
It is manufactured in thicknesses of 3, 5, 6, 10, 14, 15, 25, 30, 40 mils in widths from 0.25 “to 160”.
Available with silicone or acrylic adhesive.
We also have special products like PTFE film tapes with and without Adhesive
in thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, and 4 mils in width and up to 25 cms.
Available materials:
1) ECONOMIC:
A lower content of PTFE wich provides a more textured fabric.
Most suitable for light work and low cost. This product can be used in contact with food.
2) KEVLAR FABRIC WITH PTFE:
This fabric offers a unique combination of hardness, flexibility and maximum life. Kevlar os often advisable when it is necessary to reduce the weight of the band and cloth requiered maximum resistance to breakage. Combined with non-stick PTFE provides the final product properties.
3) CONDUCTIVE FABRIC:
Our standard fabric is specially coated to provide a conductive band, which eliminates the static charge generated by friction of the production process.
4) TEAR RESISTANCE PTFE FABRIC:
Our fabric specially developed to provide greater tear resistance and durability.
5) FABRIC FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY:
Novatel has developed a fiberglass fabric coated with special PTFE for optimal performance by avoiding the leakage of grease, oil and flour.
